Tell me…do you like to pick up pennies?
I love to pick them up! I really do feel sad for them. Plus, if I pick up 653 pennies every couple of years, that’s like 240 dollars over the next 80 years. I assume medicine will become so advance during my lifetime that I will not only be alive at 100, but will also still be mobile and aware enough to pick up coins.
I always pick up change. Dig this. I was in the middle of a nice run the other day, had a real nice pace going, focused on feeling good and all that. I saw a penny on the street and I ran passed it and then just thought that I should pick it up. I have a small zippered pocket on my running shorts so it’s not like I would have to carry it or anything. So I stop, turn and bend to pick it up when I notice another penny and then I see 2 dimes!!. I am now up 22 cents! 22 cents can be used for tons of stuff(particularly parking meters)
It’s like a life lesson. Exercise and find money. YAY!
Haha, it is much more likely to find money while working out since you are outdoors and all. 22 cents is a lot of change! That would probably make my day.
